Some destinations are better suited to offer a variety of walking, boating, kayaking and even cultural experiences. There are also a number of destinations providing specialist services, such as photographic or fishing guides and services in foreign languages. By emailing us your preferences, we can share more specific information, and a few travel tips!

If this is all too confusing, and you're unsure where to even start; why not ponder over some of these items to help you understand what your ultimate goal is? These are the items we will discuss when we chat. By understanding your special needs, ultimate desires, or physical limitations could help us narrow this down a little...

Is it the intimate experience you're after, or perhaps even the extreme private in a secluded villa. Alternatively, are you looking for escape through other like-minded travellers, and social interaction with laughter and storytelling around a warming fire?

How much time do you have for your entire journey? Africa can take up to 36 hours to get to, so three days of travel before you even commence your safari. Do you need quick, easy and high impact, or are you happy to take your time and explore?

Safari pricing can vary from USD450 per person per day to USD4,000 per person per day. Price ultimately determines the level of comfort, attentiveness of the staff and sometimes even the wildlife offering. You need to know your budget to get the best you can from your Dollar.

Are you the kind of person who prefers time to explore every corner of a single location, and avoid relocation efforts and costs? Alternatively, is living out of a suitcase and relocating every few days your idea of excitement and maximising the journey and its experiences?

Consider seasonality and general weather patterns. While a magnificent African thunderstorm could be a dream come true for some adventurous travellers, others might allow it to wash away their enthusiasm. What type are you?

Your Health

Some safari destinations are in malaria areas, or even other medium-risk disease zones. We generally avoid these, but if this could have a negative impact on you, it is best to advise us. Most other health factors or requirements can be catered for if known in advance.

By now you should have a few ideas, and that's all we need to help
